Property Management Planning |
|
A Property Management Plan (PMP) is a
documented plan that describes how certain aspects of a farming
enterprise will be managed. The PMP is designed to be used by property
managers so that they have better management skills and the motivation,
confidence and capacity to adapt to change as needed. In Tasmania,
property management plans are designed to be modular and can include
farm information such as Property Maps, Natural Resources and the
Environment, Business and Finance & Family and People. At Rural
Development Services we have staff with expertise in GIS/mapping,
natural resource management, agronomy and soils, financial planning,
and facilitation and people skills that can deliver all aspects of
PMP. Rural Development Services has recently undertaken property
management planning with landholders in the Northern Midlands,
Oatlands, Swansea, Tasman Peninsula and Huon Valley regions.
