The Rural Development Services team brings together complementary science and social skills, and an understanding of family farm businesses and agrifood industries, to facilitate change and support sustainable primary industries – both on the land and in the sea.

We deliver professional services including private research, development, project management and extension services to Tasmania's and Australia's rural communities and industries. Our technical expertise is in agricultural production, natural resource management, training and research, rural development, facilitation, communication, social research and project management.
